Emergency Treatment

Pain doesn’t wait for a convenient time, which is why we strive to treat all acute cases as a matter of priority. For our registered clients, it is possible to arrange treatments outside of regular working hours and on weekends by appointment.

The treatment of acute cases is provisional and focused on the immediate relief of your pain. The completion of the procedure is then scheduled for a time when there is sufficient availability for a definitive solution.

Fillings

Composite Resins (White Fillings)

The least invasive method available. Thanks to the unique properties of composite resin materials, significantly less tooth structure needs to be removed compared to other types of fillings. This is the most aesthetic type of filling. Utilizing a wide range of colors, the filling becomes virtually indistinguishable from the natural tooth once placed. With the assistance of an operating microscope and magnifying glasses, only irreversibly damaged dental tissues are removed, eliminating the risk of compromising adjacent teeth. The placement of composite fillings is more technologically and time-intensive; however, when properly executed, they offer greater durability than amalgam fillings.

Glass Ionomers

Glass ionomers are most commonly used as an alternative to composite resin fillings in cases where technical constraints make their use unfeasible. This includes fillings on poorly accessible wisdom teeth or in children who require treatment to be performed as quickly as possible. The color range is smaller than that of composite resin fillings. However, in the back section of the mouth, these fillings remain satisfactory. The durability of glass ionomers is lower, and therefore, they often need to be replaced after some time.

Amalgams (Gray Fillings)

The use of gray fillings (amalgams) is becoming obsolete today, both for aesthetic reasons and for a variety of functional reasons. However, there are still situations where amalgam is indispensable. At our practice, we use premium, so-called non-gamma 2 amalgams, which have an improved composition. Unlike traditional amalgams covered by health insurance, they do not darken in the mouth, are gentler on dental tissues, and last longer.

Root Canals

If the inner tissue of the tooth—the pulp—is irreversibly damaged, it is necessary to perform so-called endodontic treatment (treatment of the root canals).

In our practice, the procedure is always carried out under local anesthesia and with the help of the most modern equipment, including an operating microscope. This allows us to preserve more healthy dental tissue and reliably clean canals that could not be treated by conventional methods, which would otherwise lead to tooth loss.

Implants

The placement of implants is carried out by top implantologists with whom we collaborate, at their facilities in Prague. The subsequent creation of prosthetic work (the visible parts of the teeth) then takes place directly with us.

Pediatric Dentistry

We are happy to take care of the whole family, which is why we routinely treat children at our facility. As a reward for their bravery, they can choose a small gift after their treatment.

Crowns

Depending on the condition of the tooth and your preferences, we offer all materials ranging from purely ceramic crowns to metal ones. When preparing a tooth for a crown, we focus on minimizing the removal of the original dental tissues and perfectly protecting the adjacent teeth.

Dental Hygiene

A perfectly clean set of teeth is the foundation of their long-term health. Our dental hygienist painlessly removes tartar from our clients’ teeth, eliminates tooth pigmentation through sandblasting, and provides advice on techniques and the selection of dental cleaning products.

For patients with periodontal issues, she also performs deep scaling, which involves the thorough removal of tartar from the root surfaces.

Braces (Orthodontics)

Before any orthodontic procedure, it is necessary to have the teeth fully treated and perfectly cleaned. Once we have achieved this, we refer the client to a trusted orthodontic practice.

Esthetic Corrections

A perfect smile is an important factor nowadays. In many cases, even healthy teeth require aesthetic correction. In such cases, we offer solutions to improve the shape, color, or alignment of your teeth with minimal impact on healthy dental tissue, using ultra-thin ceramic veneers.

Teeth Replacement

There are a wide range of options for tooth replacement. Depending on the number and location of missing teeth and the client’s preferences, we choose between fixed solutions (where the teeth become a permanent part of your dentition) and removable solutions (where the teeth can be taken out at night).

Teeth Whitening

Home Whitening

The client performs the whitening themselves using trays custom-made specifically for their teeth. Thanks to the gradual process (approximately 2 weeks), the results are more lasting, and increased tooth sensitivity occurs rarely. The process does not damage the tooth enamel in any way.

In-Office Whitening

Ideal for initial whitening or when the client needs immediate results (before the first appointment, wedding, public performance, etc.). Under the supervision of a dental hygienist and after creating a protective layer on the gums, stronger concentrations of whitening agents can be safely used.

Internal Whitening

Performed to address changes in the color of individual teeth following root canal treatment. A whitening insert is temporarily applied directly inside the tooth.

Periodontics

The foundation of successful periodontal treatment is properly performed dental hygiene, including the removal of subgingival dental calculus. When specialized periodontal-surgical procedures are necessary, we collaborate with leading external facilities.
